Joining the club
The annual subscription is £8 for a single adult, £12 for an adult couple and £16 for a family. OAPs and anyone in full-time education is half price. You will be given a membership form when you are accepted onto one of the courses.
Annual subscriptions to the club are due on January 1st each year and the AGM is held in the first quarter of the year.
Please note that we usually have a waiting list for agility - like many other clubs in our area.
Training sessions are taken by experienced club members who regularly attend training courses in order to keep up to date with modern training methods. Most trainers hold recognised training qualifications from Agility Club and/or Agility 1st after successfully completing those training courses.
A club newsletter, Watchdog, is published quarterly to keep members informed of club activities and to act as a forum for discussion.
Library & Shop
The Club maintains a small library of training books and videos, available on free loan to members. Tea and coffee are freely available to enable members to take a break and get to know each other. A variety of sports clothing, embroidered with the club badge, is available for the more fashion conscious member to purchase.
A current vaccination certificate must be produced for each new dog attending training.
